Podcast
Got 'grass? is our podcast, where I interview the leaders and legends of bluegrass.
My most recent conversation is with dobro great Rob Ickes. Rob talks at length about his 9 years playing with The Tony Rice Unit, gives his views on contemporary country music, and surprisingly, how much he still feels he has to learn about playing the dobro!

Jams
The next Guitartown bluegrass jam is Sunday, May 26, from 3:00 - 5:30, at Best Video in Hamden. It's free and welcome to all. A $5 donation, while not required, is much appreciated, and helps Best Video continue to host great community events like this.
Lessons
Rob Ickes, dobro, and Trey Hensley, guitar, are each doing online lessons at bigmusictent.com. Both are really friendly guys, great teachers, and you will certainly learn a lot!
